LIKKLE ArchiveXR is an immersive extended reality (XR) project currently in development. The project is committed to preserving and celebrating the untold stories of West Indian elders.
Through intimate interviews, a diverse group of artists will capture the essence of each elder's journey in enthralling artworks. These creations will exist as AR, VR and XR installations that allow viewers to step into and experience the narratives of West Indian elders in a profound and engaging way.
LIKKLE ArchiveXR is a powerful tribute to the resilience and cultural heritage of the Windrush generation, ensuring their stories live on and inspire future generations.
With the support of B3 Media Jeremiah began expanding his practice into the XR realm. As a B3 Media TalentLab XR Associate Artist he took part in Epic Games London Innovation Lab.
In 2023 Jeremiah received a DYCP grant from Arts Council England to further his innovate work within AR.
Jeremiah’s debut solo show mixed poetry with verbatim audio to explore intergenerational relationships, touching on the mortality of loved ones and the paradox of ‘belonging’ in the UK.
Likkle Rum with Grandma crossed a generational bridge to open up a dialogue about Black Britishness and self-identity, ultimately encouraging us to investigate our own notions of home in Britain today.
Created, written and performed by Jeremiah the piece was a vulnerable expression that also deals with loneliness and the different coping mechanisms used simply to get by.
Likkle Rum with Grandma sold out at the Roundhouse as part of the Last Word festival, at Bernie Grants Arts Centre as part of SKFEST and also had a sold out run at the Albany in March 2019.
Likkle Rum with Grandma was set to tour the U.K. in 2020 before being cancelled due to Covid-19.

The formulas the same but a little different. Every episode Jeremiah sits down with a special guest as they take an existing shot and break its themes open over a likkle rum.
With brilliant sound design from Riwa Saab, Sugar Shots Podcast Season 1 is a triumph of conversation, storytelling and artistry. The guests for season 1 in order of appearance were Tobi Kyeremateng, Victoria Adukwei Bulley, Shade Joseph, Jolade Olusanya, Ruvarashe Gutu and Gboyega Odubanjo.

Part of a Story That Started Before Me is an extraordinary new collection of poems chosen by acclaimed spoken-word performer and social commentator George the Poet.
Taking readers on a thought-provoking poetical journey through Black British history, the anthology brings together some of the most exciting wordsmiths from across the diaspora and fascinating era-by-era notes from historian Dr Christienna Fryar.
Jeremiah’s poem ‘Dick Turpin’ features, an ode to the first Black British boxing champion.
At the beginning of 2023 Jeremiah was approached by Studio Giggle to write an original piece focusing on the impact of the internet. The piece was to be the script for a film to open the UNESCO Internet for Trust Global Conference.
The narrative was combined with clear and bold visuals to engage in-person delegates and online viewers, alike. The Studio Giggle team created animations relating to Jeremiah’s script that could be projected.
Once the animations had been created Jeremiah headed to their studio. Over the course of a day Jeremiah filmed the dynamic piece on a raised stage in front of a rear projection screen, and behind Hologauze. Hologauze is an ultra-thin mesh that can be projected onto but also allows back plate projection simultaneously.
The result of Jeremiah’s interaction with these technologies was a hard hitting motivational opening to the conference held in Paris at UNESCO’s Headquarters. Jeremiah’s collaboration with Studio Giggle culminated in winning Best Script at the 2023 EVCOM London Film Awards.

Jeremiah was commissioned by Buzz16 in 2022 to write and perform a celebratory piece in honour of Usain Bolt. The Greatest Joy was performed at the now TNT Studios as part of a Black History Month spoken word event.
Jeremiah’s poetry featured in a short film by world-renowned director-producer, Sir Ridley Scott. The simple storytelling and stunning visuals take viewers on a journey as one young man finds that good things and good behavior are a way out of his dark world. It is truly a sight to ‘Behold’.
50 Monuments in 50 Voices is a dazzling project that showcases thought-provoking, individual responses to 50 unique monuments at St Paul’s Cathedral from artists, writers, musicians, theologians, academics and more.
‘WAR’ is poet Jeremiah Brown’s Response to the Gospel of St Luke Panel by William F. Woodington, 1862.
Jeremiah’s poem ‘Rumour Has It’ features in this anthology which documents, deconstructs and reframes survival, through the work of thirty gamechanging writers.
Jeremiah was the third in a series of new poetry for Advent, Christmas and Epiphany.
For each Sunday from Advent 2017 to Epiphany 2018, six exciting young poetic voices and one emerging digital artist reimagined the story of Christmas.
Taking the Biblical text as a starting point, they each retold a story that is both personal and universal, layering it with meaning and peppering it with insight. They brought to life the humans behind a familiar narrative, and enable us to see them, and hopefully ourselves, in a new way.
In 2020, alongside Gabriel Jones, Jeremiah was commissioned by the Barbican. Together they produced ‘Pandemic’ a new and powerful artistic work responding to the uncertain times we were living in.
